World Peace Stupa (Bishwo Shanti Stupa)
Bishwo Shanti Stupa (World Peace Pagoda) is one of the most iconic hilltop landmarks in Pokhara. It is a white Buddhist stupa built to promote world peace, located on the top of Anadu Hill (Pumdikot side) overlooking Phewa Lake, Pokhara city, and the Annapurna Himalayan range.
The stupa is part of a global network of Peace Pagodas built by Buddhist monks to spread messages of peace and harmony.
