Gupteshwar Mahadeva Cave - The cave of Lord Shiva

 

Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is one of the most famous and sacred caves in Nepal, located in Pokhara, Kaski District. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva (Mahadev) and is considered both a religious pilgrimage site and a natural wonder.

The cave is located directly opposite Davis Falls and is known for its unique feature—an underground view of the waterfall flowing from Davis Falls inside the cave.

It is one of the most visited attractions in Pokhara after Phewa Lake and Peace Stupa.
