Thorong La Pass (also spelled Thorung La) is the highest point of the Annapurna Circuit Trek and one of the highest trekking passes in the world. It lies in the Damodar Himal region of central Nepal, connecting the Manang Valley (east) with the Mustang/Muktinath side (west).
